Hi, I’m brittany shields.

I had a vision of what I wanted therapy services to look like: treating patients the way they deserved to be treated. I believe it’s important for patients to have a say in how and when they are treated.

I somehow wanted to merge this vision with wellness. Wellness is catching attraction for many reasons, one of the most important being prevention. If I can help patients prevent their concerns from growing larger and costing them more time and money in the future, then I’m going to do that.

That’s the foundation for which Empower Health was built on in 2025.

I am an occupational therapist (OTR/L), certified lymphedema and wound care therapist (CLWT), certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES) and a certified lymphedema therapist - Lymphology of North America (CLT-LANA). I’m here to help you keep showing up in life!
