Common symptoms and conditions:
strong and uncontrollable desire to empty the bladder and/or bowels
frequency of urination and/or bowel movements
leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, yelling

Pelvic organ prolapse

feelings of fullness, aching and/or heaviness in the vagina or at the opening
“something” has descended far enough into vaginal canal that it can be seen or felt
not being able to keep a tampon in

slow and/or intermittent urine stream

exercises and positioning for pelvic floor lengthening
